Tony Van Dyke

Enterprise Director of Environmental Health and Safety

Tony has been the Enterprise Director of Environmental Health and Safety while also serving as Fire Marshal for over six years at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. On the side, Tony is an Adjunct Professor of Fire Sciences at Montgomery County Community College. He also serves part-time as Hazardous Materials Technician/Battalion Chief for Montgomery County. Tony was an Adjunct Professor in the Public Safety & Environmental Protection Institute for almost seventeen years at Saint Joseph’s University prior to Montgomery County Community College. From 2009-2013, he was the Fire and Life Safety Engineer at Ewing Cole. Prior to that, he was also a Life Safety Engineer at RDLA-Architects and Engineers. Upon completion of his bachelor’s and master’s degrees at Saint Joseph’s University, Tony started his career at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia as the Safety Specialist and then Senior Safety Specialist.
